Beachfront Enclosure Bay is designed for the enjoyment of the outstanding views over Enclosure Bay and the Hauraki Gulf. Perfectly positioned for privacy, peace and tranquility, the house sits directly above a lovely sheltered beach that feels like a giant swimming pool and is completely safe for little ones, with caves and wonderful rock walks nearby and native Tui singing in the trees around the property.
The open plan living space on the top floor holds a comfortable lounge, a cosy dining area and a designer kitchen, while the private sun-washed north facing deck runs off the lounge and is ideal for morning coffee at sunrise and a slow barbecue at sunset, all while you look out over the water.
Space for families and groups
The four bedroom layout comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, giving families and groups room to spend time together and still retreat to their own space. Inside, the home is clean, warm and thoughtfully presented, with generous living areas, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen that makes everything from casual breakfasts to shared dinners easy. It is a home away from home, and a wonderful base for discovering the beaches, scenery, wineries and art studios of Waiheke Island.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM, and the property asks that you share your expected arrival time in advance. Children of all ages are welcome, though cribs and extra beds are not available and the maximum occupancy is eight guests. The minimum age for check-in is 25, the home is strictly non-smoking, pets are not allowed and there is a firm no party policy. All guests sign the terms of stay before arrival, rooms are not serviced during the stay unless housekeeping is requested, cash is not accepted and card payments carry a 3% nonrefundable charge.
